- Compare only with versions offered by the device
- Check the radio role before selecting an image

Update without interruption
Update from stable power and a reliable local connection.
- Keep the device powered for the whole operation
- Do not refresh the page while writing
- Wait for reboot and reconnection before checking the version
Keep the configuration compatible
Radio images depend on the selected model and role: coordinator, router or Thread RCP.
- Do not install an image intended for another model
- Do not replace the radio image with a generic file
- Use the interface rollback only when needed

- Active radio role and target software
- Stable power and local access to the device
A version is missing or an update fails?
Do not try several images in succession. Send the model, versions and displayed message.
