- Confirm the model before downloading an image
- Never use a file intended for another model
- Read the release notes before writing
Handle a failure
A failure is not a reason to repeat attempts. Keep the information needed for recovery.
- Keep the flash error message or log
- Do not cut power while writing
- Contact support before a recovery procedure
